On 22 November ENVE commission voted on the work programme for 2018 and discussed the follow up to COP23 in the presence of ICLEI Secretary General.

In accordance with the Paris Agreement accord, the Conference of the Parties (COP) decided to convene a facilitative dialogue among Parties in 2018 to take stock of the collective efforts and in relation to progress towards the long-term goal and to inform the preparation of nationally determined contributions.
