Linda Gillham

On 2nd June Runnymede councillor and EA coordinator in ENVE commission Mrs Linda Gillham will chair an event during the Green Week in the European Commission.
The event is aimed at presenting the outcome of a UN carried study (TEEB 2) which underlines the economic value of biodiversity and financial cost of inaction for local and regional governments. During the meeting Cllr Mrs Gillham will also touch upon the main points of her opinion on the future EU 2020 Biodiversity strategy which will be adopted by CoR plenary session on 10 June.
