At a meeting in Brussels in the margins of the CoR Plenary session Dr Uno Silberg was elected as vice-chair of the CoR's Automotive Intergroup. The role of the intergroup is to bring together regions and members from both the producing side of the automotive industry as well as the consumer side.
Dr Silberg said that he was delighted to be appointed to such a prestigious position and he would be contributing as a passionate consumer of the automotive sector.
