Dr Uno Silberg, Member of Kose Municipality Council, today called on the CoR to cooperate closely with the Council of Europe in election observation missions.  Dr Silberg says the value of CoR members, those directly elected in their regional and local authorities, participating in Election observation missions is huge and he strongly encourages this cooperation.  He made his comments in a joint training of election observers held in the CoR on the 15th April 2010.
