At its meeting in Kavala, Greece on 22 June ECOS members adopted an own initiative opinion on combating homelessness and an opinion on developing Public Private Partnerships.
ECOS members decided to go for a third reading on Dr Klär opinion "Lessons from the financial crisis for financial supervision and public finances". The opinion which needs to be amended further will also make some reference to the communication of the Commission on Long-term sustainability of public finances for a recovering economy.

EA coordinator Mr Krochmal, considers that the opinion, as discussed in the second reading, contained interesting and valuable points which merit to stay. The third discussion and adoption of the opinion would take place at the 29 September ECOS meeting.
