For fourteen years, our Secondary Schools Writing Competition provided high-school students from across the EU with an opportunity to express themselves on different policy topics and, for the most successful ones, to come to Brussels and attend Committee of the Regions' plenary sessions, meet their local representatives, members of the European Parliament and European Commissioners, and learn more about the history of the EU and of the city of Brussels.
